Who can see it

Access is role-based. Parents see their children, students see their own work, tutors see assigned learners, and administrators access operational records needed to run the platform.

Retention and deletion

Learning and account records may be soft-deleted to support recovery and safeguarding. We retain records only as long as necessary for service, legal, and safety obligations.
